This app is truly fantastic. You can see the amount of work that Morgan and her team put into it all. Everything is very organized easy to understand, and the workouts are amazing. I love how there are videos for everything. My FAVORITE part of this app though, has to be the mobility tab…it is amazing!

Genuinely so pleased with this app! I love the schedule the workouts follow and the planned workouts themselves. The mobility tab has quickly become one of my favorite parts about this app. I've been a consistent gym goer for the past few years but saw a huge difference almost immediately after starting this program. A great deal of that is due to the way the program is structured as well as the significant focus on mobility that has had my body feeling better than it's ever felt. It's hard to find a fitness program/app that encompasses its all! I have been through many programs since building home gym trying to find one that embodies all aspects of fitness! Morgan has done it with this app! I have been on the hunt for a program that helps me focus more on strength/ mobility and just feeling good after workouts! I usually have trouble sticking to a workout plan and end up reverting to the same gym exercises, but I've been using this app for over a year now and am still loving it! I like that it changes up the workouts every 2 weeks to keep it interesting and engaging. The exercises are unique and challenging and have taken me out of my comfort zone by trying new things. Most exercises have substitutions available if you don't have access to certain gym equipment or if they're too challenging. Love it!

I switched from a different fitness app to COM just a few weeks ago. So far i love the versatility and challenge! Only feedback would be to offer substitutions for every move. Some of the moves have them, and others don’t. But I’m sure it’s a work in progress.

I love how it has a big focus on flexibility and prepping you ready for hand standing too, which is itnergrated into the daily workout schedule. The only thing is that I wish it was easier to see your recorded weights used from last time.

This app is what I was looking for - functional training and pilates bring a holistic approach to training. The workouts challenge you, in a way that exceeds cardio and strength training. Love the option to log in the previous weight and track my progress. Also, recipes are good - the only thing I wish is that you could filter them through dietary requirements. But apart from that, absolutely in love with the app!

I've been lifting weights for almost 3 years and leading an active lifestyle since I can remember, but this is my first experience using an online program. Culture of Motion is so challenging in a way I haven't experienced since my first year of weightlifting! I've tried so many fitness apps and I'm blown away by the quality of this app! It has all the things the other apps were missing - immediately shows the video of the workout you should be doing, weight tracking, warm ups/cool downs built in to each day, ability to pick how many days a week you want to work out, Facebook group - and more! If you're wanting a way to motivate yourself to stay more consistent in the gym, this will help tremendously. So excited to have this app!

Meet Morgan

As a former elite athlete, I’ve moved in so many different ways. My journey has taken me from elite gymnastics to Australian Football rules to lifting weights, to swimming, to pilates and bodyweight training and now back to a healthy balance of them all. I truly believe your body needs a combination of different movement styles to thrive.
As the creator of Culture of Motion, I am all about bringing movement and energy into our lives in an enjoyable and approachable way. And in doing so I want to build a community of women in motion who prioritize and nurture their relationship with movement, food, and lifestyle.

What equipment is needed for the programs?

Mostly gym equipment like barbells, dumbbells and machines, but no stress if you're a home workout fan! We've got plenty of alternatives for you, and our mobility and flexibility routines are perfect for home.
