⦾ 7hrs or more sleep
⦾ No alcohol or drugs
⦾ 2hrs of screen time limit (outside of work)
⦾ No fast food
⦾ 10 pages of a book daily
At the end of the challenge, you'll submit your tracking calendar and enter to win 1000s of dollars worth of prizes.
